Brief of Duties and Responsibilities
1. Schedule, plan and oversee the entire program of works.
2. Plan, organize, and coordinate planning activities.
3. Select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
4. Input the work breakdown structure (WBS) information in means to assess an accurate forecast on
time, resources and cash flow of the project.
5. Monitor the progress of work and updating the schedule on a daily basis.
6. Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
7. Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
8. Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
9. Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planned program.
10. Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team.
11. Prepare the monthly Progress reports including monthly labor histogram.
12. Accumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning.
13. Monitor the progress of the subcontractors works.
14. Draft contractual notices of delays.
15. Prepares extension of time and implement delay analysis techniques.

1. Drafting contractual correspondence, including preparation of notices according to the contract.

Brief of Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Supervision all civil and structural works and acting as the main technical adviser on a construction
site for subcontractors, foreman, crafts people and operatives.
2. Following up the site works as per the planned time schedule.
3. Providing details to site supervisors.
4. Quantities take-off.
5. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project’s specifications.
6. Liaising with consultant, owner representative, suppliers and coordinate between subcontractors.
7. Preparing daily, weekly report as required.

Brief of Duties and Responsibilities
1. Writing both technical and financial proposals.
2. Collecting data about and from the site, building particulars, and superintend the workers on the sites
during the investigations.
3. Studying available design/as-built drawings.
4. Evaluation of conditions, damages and deficiencies (deferential settlement, cracks, deflections, steel
buckling, etc.) for existing concrete and steel structures.
5. Determining the types of foundations, their depths, dimensions and strengths as well as obtaining the
bearing capacity of materials beneath foundations, for each structure evaluated by using test pits,
drilling of boreholes and concrete cores, etc.
6. Applying destructive & non-destructive tests for reinforced concrete elements such as (concrete
coring test, UPV test, soundness test, etc.).
7. Supervising and following up the technicians in laboratory and analyzing test results.
8. Carrying out the necessary laboratory tests of the obtained samples and performing engineering analysis of obtained data.
9. Illustrating the visited sites by enhancing the reports with plans and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
10. Consultation and engineering recommendations for each case and solving problems.
11. Writing fully detailed reports based on field, laboratory investigations and engineering solutions
