My role in ADG is as a structural team leader. My skills can be summarized by the following:
• 3D finite element modeling using different engineering softwares such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAPT, RAM CONCEPT.
• RC and PT slab design.
• Stability elements design (i.e. columns, walls, headers and outriggers) using different codes such as BS8110-97, EC2-2004, ACI-318-08 and AS3600-2009.
• Footing Design: Isolated, combined, strip footing design. Pile design and pile cap design according to the codes mentioned above.
• Structural dynamics assessment including natural frequencies, modes of vibrations and accelarations checking.
• Floor Vibration Analysis.
• Train Induced Vibration Analysis.
• Base Isolator Modeling.
• Floor Thermal Analysis.
• Value Engineering and value Re-Engineering Skills.
• Playing a major role in the development process of a brand new In house software called BSD which will be super effecient in stability element designs and value engineering

I was working as a site civil engineer in a project called Jordan Gate. Jordan Gate consists of two high rises; an office tower and a hotel tower, they are 41 and 37 storys respectively, so they were considered one of the heighest towers in Jordan. My role is summarized as follows:
• Construction work supervisor for formwork actions, steel reinforcement and concrete casting.
• Review and follow up the shop drawings with the technical department.
• Conduct Inspection request for the site work activities.
• Follow up the site progress against the program of work.
• Audidting the daily report for the site work activities.
• Assisting and preparing the monthly reports.
• Training course in Geographic Information system (GIS)
• Studying the design of Bridges.
• Environmental researches about the effect of CO2 emission from concrete, steel and timber in construction.
• Database analysing using Microsoft Access and SQL server.
