Project: Prince Fawaz-1 110/13.8KV Substation
The project is to construct new substation with 9 feeders. Including all firefighting, HVAC systems,
control rooms, switchgear, capacitor banks…etc.
- Supervising Civil subcontractor for all civil works. And assisting the
subcontractor to be in line with project technical specification and material
approval.
- Supervising the subcontractors activities and progress to be in line with baseline
schedule and relaese for E/M.
- Responsible about all civil subcontractors invoices, BOQ,
- Conducting weekly meeting, internal and external for site progress and issues.
- Coordinating with E/M for site works
Project: Extension of 110/13.8KV Hawiyyah & Taif Airport Substations
- Constructing all civil related works, foundations, duct banks, trenches, steel
structure, Gantry towers, control room extension, GIS Hall Extension...etc
- Propose solution to all site/design related issues.
- Coordinating with all subcontractors/suppliers and disciplines.
- Issuing all necessary permits for civil works.
- Review/adjusting all BOQ quantities as per site conditions.
- Revising and approving all subcontractors invoices with respect to BOQ and
unit prices.
- Preparing "Method of Statement" for all site works.
- Reporting back our daily progress/issues to our management in Makkah and
Jeddah.
Project: PP10 Power Plant Combined Cycle (Worlds Largest Combined Cycle PP, $1.4 Billion Worth)
- Execution of civil works for B2 Block
- Supervise subcontractors and direct manpower for civil works
- Progress follow up and update.
- Closing NCR’s & WDR's
- Assist in engineering related issues. And propose economic solutions.
Project: Qurayyah Combined Cycle Power Plant - Project-C (1300MW, $2 Billion
Worth)
- Execution of civil works as per project schedule, client satisfaction and safety requirments.
- Ordering material and assist in material submittals for client approval.
- Assist in engineering related issues. And propose economic solutions.
- Progress follow up and update.
- Closing punch lists and NCR’s.
- Respond to client letters.
- Attend weekly meetings with client to discuss and resolve construction related issues.
