Within the Regional Center of Supervision, administration and supervision of all network security for the french operator of the electricity transmission system. (Operates, Maintain and Develop the high and very
high voltage network).
Principal Accountabilities:
- Monitor and Maintain the Transmission Network Infrastructure (SDH and PDH equipments, optical fiber, routers and switches)
-Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
Maintenance of infrastructure networks of major clients (Products: ISDN, leased lines)
- Front office:
Receiving customer calls for the consideration of failure (Writing the trouble ticket and assign tickets to technicians in the back office
- Back office:
Provides first line investigation and diagnosis for incidents
Resolve incidents and closed / Service Requests as per help desk procedures & timelines Allocated
Escalate unresolved incidents / Service Requests Within Agreed timescales
