• Design of Dubai Center of Research and Development of Fisheries - AED 250 Million.
• Design and Construction of a Dhow Wharfage at Deira Corniche, Dubai - AED 300 Million.
• Design and Construction of Dubai Center for Researches and Development of Fisheries - AED 200 Million.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing Projects from preparing the Terms of Reference, Tendering, Execution to Hand over to the Client.
2. Finalize construction schedule, update, maintain, communicate and manage all Consultants and Contractors to the schedule.
3. Establish & monitor administrative procedures for the projects in compliance with organization’s procedures.
4. Finalize project budgets, schedules, variation cost proposals, contractors and material suppliers.
5. Possessing High working knowledge of project plans, specifications, owner contract, contractor purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals and all documents.
6. Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
7. Supervise cost engineering activities when delegated.
8. Construction Contracts' administration through handling the Variations and Claims in terms of studying extension of time and cost compensation the contractors are entitled for. (Forensic Planning role).
9. Respond to Consultants & contractors technical queries.
10. Implement site quality assurance program for structural and civil works.
11. Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client’s best interests and that the organization policy is in keeping with current legislation and Codes of Practice.
12. Organize, conduct and represent the organization at project coordination meetings at regular agreed upon intervals with client, consultant, and subcontractors.
13. Review and approve contractor, vendor payment applications and miscellaneous invoices.
Negotiate, prepare, issue and execute change orders (proposals) and prepare revisions to original budget as a result of changes and revisions to work.
14. Prepare and issue monthly progress reports, monthly payment applications, and Schedule and cost reports in coordination with concerned subordinates..
17. Develop and maintain business relationships with Architect/Engineer, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
18. Manage closeout process.
19. See that milestones are achieved as per the plan and take corrective measures to mitigate any delay.

Managing planning activities throughout the time period of the project
- Co-ordinate with Project Manger in preparing the preliminary construction schedule.
- Identify the major milestones to be attained throughout the project duration.
- Identify key milestones with an impact on the project.
- Indicate the relationship between the project procurement cycle and the budget cycle.
- Prepare with the assistance of the Project Manager and Project Engineer(s), the detailed construction schedule of the project, for time and resources.
- Summarize the material, machines and labor requirements for the project. (Resource requirements).
- Provide cost estimates for the total project and the basis for such estimate.
-Issuing a weekly reports and submitting them after approval.
- Updating the Project Manager with decisions made through out the presentation stage and receive feedback.
- Perform overall master schedule and detailed construction schedule in connection with time and resources, utilizing Primavera (P3) and/or MS-Project software.
- Prepare and submit to the Project Manager a draft for the detailed construction schedules for approval.
- Review and approve all amendments to the construction schedule and initiate remedial actions at the earliest opportunity.
- Updates Projects Department Director and the Project Manager concerned on the actual progress of the Project in relation to plan and respond to their questions.
- Attend meetings with the client and the Engineer when requested by Project Manager.
