• Started as a Sales engineer dealing with customers in the Eastern Province handling Saudi Aramco Projects.
• Complete handling of the Turkey market, since January, 2018.
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Regularly visiting customers, follow - up on past project quotations sent and work on future project prospective.
• Assuring that all project related transactions and entries are posted and recorded.
• Preparing quotations and manage customer accounts using Salesforce and working alongside the Customer Service team, to get the quotes submitted to the clients on a timely basis.
• Providing support and training to new staff members on using the various software’s provided by the company.
• Weekly meeting with the team and the Sales Manager to discuss the events and goals of the week and updates of the previous week.
• Full cycle preparation of Monthly & year-end sales targets.
• Organize training and seminars for customers to get them familiar with SEL Products and Services.
• Making sure the correct material is ordered for the customer, using the order entry in Microsoft Dynamics AX and previously using Microsoft Great Plains.
• Generated and compiled real time data to be submitted to companies on site like Halliburton, Weatherford etc.
• Perform and report performance indicators on daily basis for Sales & production dashboard.
• Handled a team of 5 people to efficiently visit the rig sites and provide solutions for any failures in the Data Management systems.
• Established and maintained excellent relations with customers requested by returning customers for subsequent projects, as well as having secured renewing contracts with several first time clients.
• Preparing presentations for addressing the work on rig sites and difficulties that may arise, to be presented to the higher management.
• Opportunity to visit the rig site to get hands on experience.
• Working Inside Saudi Aramco, in collaboration with other renowned companies to making sure of the data coming from the rig site is accurate to be presented to our clients.
Worked as an Instrument Technician at this esteemed firm, where I had the following responsibilities:
• Maintaining & Calibrating the recording instruments such as pressure and steel pipe temperature.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings done on AutoCad.
• Maintain a functional knowledge of the software & hardware installed.
Trainee Engineer for a period of six months in the Electronics and Sales Department in United Arab Emirates. This position provided me valuable hands on experience in the world of gadgetry.
Trainee for a period of 2 months in the Electronics Department as a part of my first internship program at college.
