Inspection, from the raw materials to be used to the finished product as per the requirements and standards set and agreed between the customer and the company. Our basis of inspection is the drawing given to us from our design department with all the necessary data of requirement, as agreed. Our products are galvanized lighting poles such as street lighting poles, high mast poles, guard rail posts and beams and all types of lighting poles and also we inspect galvanizing results of materials fabricated outside of the company such as trolleys and any materials, etc…. Our inspection starts from raw materials such as hot rolled coil and the accessories to be used from our store department. Next, the production processes such as de-coiling, shearing, folding, welding, fabrication (as per the drawing required) of hot rolled coil, galvanizing processes and finally the pre-delivery inspection of the finished product. We are careful in checking every steps such as the dimension to be process when de-coiling and shearing, the angle and appearance of fold, the thickness and the appearance of welding of folded coil, the fabrication of the pole, the galvanizing processes such as degreasing, rinsing, pickling, fluxing, drying and galvanizing; and finally, inspection before loading the product to make sure it’s in transferable and acceptable condition; and all steps are with written reports and documents. Every process to another should have transfer slip sign by inspector before transferring to another or else, not transferable. Any processes and results not conforming to the drawing are subject to “hold” until repaired to acceptable tolerances and if not then, we are entitled to reject the materials or product and make non-conformity report and submit it to our head of section for finalization. All steps of our inspection from the raw materials used to the finished product are with written reports.
