•Ensure the proper function and optimized performance of the Computers, LAN Games, Online Games, DSL Modem/Router, LAN, Printer & Applications of the customers Internet Café and Residential Standalone PC’s, thereby providing the best user experience to its clients.
•PC assembly upgrade repair maintenance, Internet/LAN games installation configuration & patching, disk imaging/deepfreeze, DSL Modem/Router & Printer Setup and Configuration, Networking, LAN Hardware/OS Setup/Configuration/Troubleshooting/Maintenance.
•Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all computers and Printers.
•Provide a good quality school ID’s that guarantee satisfaction of customers.
•Responsible for taking photograph of students to ensure a high quality standard picture.
•Provide guidance and expertise to staff in resolving care receiver problems or concerns.
•Delegate responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day-to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out. Personally manage the staffs that are responsible for the specific tasks, assignments, programs & events.
•Responsible for encouraging the growth and assisting in the evaluation process of the staff.
•Responsible to the Executive Director to provide assistance in the grant process.
