Liaise with the Project Manager for Construction phases.
Assisting Planning Manager with preparation of Project schedule, Manpower schedule and Monthly progress report.
Liaising with Design team during design stages and design changes during construction phases.
Reviewing material submittal and supervising the Construction works with aim of delivering within budgeted timeline, cost and quality
Managing the overall site logistics in accordance to the execution plan.
Liaising with the subcontractor, validating the inspection requests. Further validating the same with the Consultant/Client.
Post liaising with the subcontractor, follow-up and maintain the Quality Plan
Follow-up the daily progress reports and schedules.
Preparing three weeks look ahead schedule and weekly reports
Conducting status meeting to review progress, identify new risks and to make sure plans remain appropriate.
Monitoring and controlling scope of works and preparing variations orders, if any.
Quantity surveying, preparing Bill of Quantities, allocating works to Subcontractor, providing advice on Contractual claims.
Ensuring works are being executed in a safe environment and in accordance with Safety Standards.
Assisting EHS advisor in safety walks, safety meetings, tool box meetings.
Preparation of Red-marked and As-built drawings
Updating lessons learned knowledge base during project close out.
Supervising erection of Electro-mechanical works e.g., Installation of panels, HV MV and LV cable pulling and terminations, External and internal earthing works, Battery and chargers installation.

Managing the Civil Works Project team
Preparing and optimising construction time schedule, site logistics, project risk assessment plans, material log, manpower schedule and equipment schedule.
Preparing monthly invoices and forecasted cash flow.
Managing the contractual matters (Claims, Variation orders, etc.) as well as cost implications (Civil Work budget).
Monitoring the construction works to ensure that the works are as per the job specifications, timeline and contract requirements.
Leading the site meetings to review progress on a daily basis, validating accurate forecasting and allocation of resources, identifying new risks and making sure that plans remain appropriate.
Issuing all site related material requisition forms using product catalogues, coordinating purchase and delivery of materials in coordination with purchase manager and oversees inflow/outflow of site store materials.
Verifying scope and corresponding with Consultants and Client.
Monitoring the QSE plan and ensuring works are being executed in a safe environment.
Micro-Townships comprising High-rise Residential Buildings with a number of recreational facilities, Shopping mall, Social Club
Liaising with Govt. bodies for various statutory approvals (technical).
Liaising with Design team for design stages
Coordinating between architectural, structural and building services consultants for design related issues.
