Contracts at close out: Construction of chilled water plants (total capacity 20, 400TR), 22 ETS rooms & 15, 000m chilled water pipeline at Dubai Metro Green Line.
Responsible directly to Consultants & Contractors regarding all costing, Contractual & commercial issues on behalf of client-Tabreed PJSC.
Costing, tendering & Estimation At Completion (EAC)
Make sure that Projects carried out within the budget.
Tendering, Evaluating & finalization of contract documents especially regarding BOQ, financial terms, penalty, LD, etc liaison with procurement department.
Evaluate all bids & forward recommendation for decision making.
Identify the cost activities, assign the correct cost code, and create work packages (purchase order), trending, forecasting & cost reviewing. Allocate the budget among various packages & pay items.
Creating WBS .Verifying & approving the invoices & creating vouchers. Estimate & preparing of variations orders, (Soft ware JD Edward).
Analysing delay, EOT claims etc. Dealing with Liquidated Damages, penalty clauses & back charging.
Carrying out of Risk analysis & Value analysis.
