Upcoming Projects: Dealing with Estimation with various options liaison with commercial department, allocating budget, Tendering & Contracting
Contracts at close out: Construction of chilled water plants (total capacity 20, 400TR), 22 ETS rooms & 15, 000m chilled water pipeline at Dubai Metro Green Line.
Responsible directly to Consultants & Contractors regarding all costing, Contractual & commercial issues on behalf of client-Tabreed PJSC.
Costing, tendering & Estimation At Completion (EAC)
Make sure that Projects carried out within the budget.
Tendering, Evaluating & finalization of contract documents especially regarding BOQ, financial terms, penalty, LD, etc liaison with procurement department.
Evaluate all bids & forward recommendation for decision making.
Identify the cost activities, assign the correct cost code, and create work packages (purchase order), trending, forecasting & cost reviewing. Allocate the budget among various packages & pay items.
Creating WBS .Verifying & approving the invoices & creating vouchers. Estimate & preparing of variations orders, (Soft ware JD Edward).
Analysing delay, EOT claims etc. Dealing with Liquidated Damages, penalty clauses & back charging.
Carrying out of Risk analysis & Value analysis.
Quantity take off & preparing BOQ
Providing Cash flow statement & control the monthly payments

Sr. Quantity Surveyor at the project - Construction of Anantara -Banana Doha Island 5 star Resort & Marine Works (Cost QAR 1.6 billion, Included Construction of two break waters * revetments) since Feb 2013 to date. Work with main contractor Urbacon Contracting Co. LLC
1) Head of the QS at ADIR projects & Managing the QS team
2) Preparing progress Payment certificate & negotiate with the all consultancy groups & finalized the main contractor’s claims.
3) Budgeting, Forecasting & preparing EAC, Cost analyses & cost report for the management review & preparing Final account.
4) Take all effort that project to be completed within budget, on time & required standard liaison with project/Construction/Procurement Managers/Directors.
5) Estimation & negotiation with variation claims of main contractor with the client.
6) Quantity take off & evaluate the sub-contractor claims/variations/EOT & applying of LDs etc.
7) Issuing Site work instructions, liaison with issuing work service orders/contract agreement etc.
8) Certifying the material quantity for purchasing. Verifying to go quantity /cost control/coding of the cost.
9) Review & confirmation of PO & Contract Agreement (Standard ASHGHAL). Raising the Purchase Requisition. Preparing BOQ & WBS etc.
