* Drafting, commenting on various kinds of agreements with local (private and public) and international
clients such as:
Media (Outdoor, TV, newspapers, Online), Sponsorship, Digital, Influencer, Data Protection,
Representation, Product Placement, Technology Service, IT, Confidentiality, Real Estate, Shareholders,
Share Sale, Subscription, Tender, MOU(s), Board Resolutions, AOA/MOA/ term sheets/due diligence.
* Advised on several matters & agreements related to start-up companies

pleading, doing thorough research), also attending hearing & follow up before the courts in Beirut
Lebanon.
