• Advising Project Manager and Site Manager on Contractual Issues and resolutions.
• Manages all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
• Evaluate variations and handle contractual correspondences.
• Calculate and record the financial value of the work carried out and ensure that the Subcontractor is paid properly on time.
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use

• Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
