• Responsible for general accounting functions, having knowledge and experience of managing various aspects of accounting function in computerized environment, duly complying with Company Policies.
• Maintaining of bank accounts, supervising day to day Receipt/Payment transactions, monthly expense provisioning, maintaining cash journals and preparing bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for debtors management which includes maintaining debtors balance confirmations, periodic customer account reconciliations, follow up for collections, timely reporting of sales and collections.
• Responsible for creditor management which includes maintaining suppliers balance confirmations, periodic payment to the creditors.
• Preparing payroll and arrange travel ticket for employees and leave salary settlement.
• Responsible for timely report to the management about the status of project as per each Job Code.
• Responsible for preparing Airlines Billing (Air India, Air India Express, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Silk Air, Bahrain Air)
• Managing creditors Payment and also make good relation from parties for smooth supply of items.
• Follow-up the Debtors Airline companies to collect the payment & reconciliation the Statement of Accounts.
