Working on following marketing activities in coordination with Directors.
• Responsibility to Manage the Marketing & Sales of High Value Residential units for the company in Mumbai and Indore, India covering 600 + Luxury apartments handling overall sale of 9 lacs sq.ft.
• Managing, training the sales team and preparing marketing strategy to generate revenue for the company targeting HNI and corporate clients.
• Preparation of annual budgeting for sales & marketing plan (which includes advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relation etc.) and implementation of marketing strategies..
• Experience in ATL(Above the line) and BTL(Below the line) marketing activities
• Responsible for assisting the Director with the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties to the satisfaction of the owners and the tenant.
• Handled channel partner’s network and contribution through channel sales.
• CRM - Address customer complaint and coordinate with engineers for timely completion.
• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and planning& design department.
• Media planning and implementation for the launching of the projects.
• Constant market research including market & competitor analysis to keep up to date with trends
• Generate weekly / monthly property status reports to management specifying non occupied properties, expected expenditure on repairs and maintenance, position of manpower requirements and expected additions to manpower.
