Heading a team of 12 Program Managers for managing the GE Healthcare Business for SFO Electronics Division
Responsible for the functioning of CFT team, including SCM and Planning, to achieve the KPI’s set for the Business unit such as Customer Satisfaction, OTD, Inventory levels etc.
Accountable to achievement of monthly targets with respect to sales, and order fulfilment

Successfully completed four product transitions and five New Product Industrialization (NPI) projects
Transferred four complex product lines which accounts for 300 parts, addition of 6000 sq. ft. footprint, yielding $14 million of annual sales growth for the India Site and $5 million annual savings for Collins Aerospace.
Steered first product line set-up in Bengaluru factory using 3P and VSM tools, as part of lean implementation benchmark site initiative by Collins Aerospace Global Operations.
Streamlined the Project Management methodologies for Avionics Division.
Mentored a team of five manufacturing engineers to create a standalone Project Management function for Avionics division and developed two manufacturing engineers to project lead roles.
Formalized the product transition and NPI standard operating procedure for Avionics India.
