-Develop and communicate an effective Sales & Marketing Effort for Turbo, Steam and Recip aftermarket products & services, throughout Middle East and North Africa.
-Obtains and analyzes market data and reports market trends recommendations to management. Includes tracking inquiry activity levels and conversion rates by parts, repair, revamp, maintenance contracts, and upgrades
-Refine and drive proactive marketing and sales processes including telemarketing & e-marketing. Comparison of order data versus installation list to identify clients not purchasing parts, field services, etc and provide leads to selling team.
-Drives the use of tools & processes (CRM OD, Oracle Install Base etc) throughout the region in concert with World Wide guidelines. Implements measurements & KPIs.
-Works closely with the Sales Team to ensure that all products, services, repair and field service operations are properly marketed and represented to clients, and appropriate sales tools are available and being used.
Support sales team on a daily basis
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
