1. Experience in performing Reliability, Safety analysis for various aircraft Brake Control System.
2. Work experience with the Military, Business and Commercial Aircraft Systems.
3. Experience in designing of polymer composites like seals, used in aircraft parts like wings (Flaps, Ailerons and spoilers), fuselage, empennage, doors and Landing gear. Basic exposure to manufacturing processes and materials used for seals in an aircraft (Like Heat affected zones like Engines, High pressure zone like Wings- Ailerons, Flaps).
• Assisted Dr.Jayanth from Instrumentation department, in projects like,
a) Design and Evaluation of a Robust Optical Beam Interruption-Based Vehicle Classifier System.
b) Optical perimeter fence for deployment in remote areas.
• In these research and development projects, I was actively involved in designing the Mechanical systems and to build multiple units of other systems involved.
• Involved in testing the Op-Amp circuits and to test the systems in the field, fixing the defects based on the analysis and field data for better results.
