Tender queries & clarifications with Client / Consultants, Prepare the list of enquiries, to be sent for various supply & sub-contract items, Prepare various sections for enquiries with all the relevant documents such as BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Conditions of Contract, Instructions to tenderers etc, Floating enquiries in local market (UAE) as well as abroad i.e. Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Turkey etc, Regular follow-up for receiving quotations from Sub-contractors / Suppliers, Analysis of quotations (technical & commercial) for final review, Negotiate the prices with Sub-contractors / suppliers at pre-tender stage, Get the quantities estimated / verified, Estimate the cost in detail based on lmanpower, materials & machinery requirement, Discuss with management for appropriate %age for overheads & profits for the job, Finalize the final price (Cost + basis) for final submission to Clients, Prepare offer / bid proposal (Technical & Commercial) for submission, including but not limited to preparation of Schedule of work, manpower Histogram, Cash Flow statement etc. (For specialized tenders, Nurol Head Office at Turkey also assists for final estimation & pricing).

Check the M.B.’s prepared by Quantity Surveyor for all the work done at various sites, Prepare & submit the invoices to Architects / Clients, Prepare & submit the cost analysis for the extra items, along with each invoice, Discuss the invoices with Architects / Clients and get it certified, Co-ordination with Clients / Architects for the clarifications / details required at various project sites, Prepare planning for the projects and monitor the progress against planning, Liaison with sites for their requirements and get it arranged through office, Attend weekly meetings at sites with the representatives of Architects / Client, Correspondence with Architects / Clients, Assist the Directors in preparation of tender quotations, Scrutinizing & certify the invoices of sub-contractors for payment.
