• Ensure 0% Accident at Site.
• Ensure 100% PPE’s usages of all employees including sub contractors.
• Following IRC Standard 55, 67 & 35 Safety rules and regulations.
• Identify the Hazardous Zone and prevention action taken by proper safety measures.
• Regularly conducting Safety Induction & Tool Box Talk.
• Controlling the UNSAFE ACT / UNSAFE CONDITION by motivate & educate the employees regarding safety point of view thro Mock Drill, Safety Awareness Training Program & Power Point Presentation \[Visual Education\].
• Forming Safety Committee and conducting meeting periodically.
• Maintaining Fire Fitting Equipments properly.
• Periodically conducting Fire Fitting, First Aid, Electrical Safety and P & M Safety Mock Drill.
• Preparing / Maintaining of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and periodically CHECK LIST and submitted to the organization.
• Monthly once HSE performance audited internally and if it is need externally and submitted to the organization.
• Facing & Smoothly finalizing Site side / Police / Hospital / Public / Govt. Dept. problems.
• Completing Client, NHAI Commands in target time.
• Properly keeping Occupational Health Safety and Environment at Site.
• Updating of daily HSE Dept. progress to the organization.
