 Complete study of Enquiry / Tender / MR documents and specification to proceed further.
 Codes of Standards Followed for design are ASME SEC VIII DIV I, TEMA CLASS-R.
 Preparing Cost Estimation for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, storage tanks, Oil Coolers as per the code.
 Preparing and submission of technical & commercial Offers / Tenders.
 Continual Interaction with clients / Consultants for better relationship and queries that arises during offer preparation.
 Replying Technical / Commercial queries received from clients during tender evaluation.
 Preparing Bill of Materials and Material Specification for Purchase Requisition in accordance with applicable Codes
 Preparing Control Budget and issue to purchase and planning department.
 Preparing the complete proposal of pressure vessels and heat exchangers Item wise & Cost wise

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBITIES:
 To manage the activities of proposal department for the track on day to day basis with respect to schedule.
 Maintaining inter department communication with other internal departments.
 Assisting purchase at the time of placement of order for raw materials.
