• To setup an network, internet connection and VPN setup to the HO for the new offices
• Working on new projects assigned by Director of IT-Infrastructure
• Installation and Configuration of Cisco 2600 series Routers and Catalyst 1900 series of switches.
• Network maintenance and monitoring LAN & WAN connectivity.
• Installation of WAN connectivity like Channelized E1s, leased lines and ISDNs for the clients.
• Coordinating with last mile providers like BSNL, TTSL & VSNL to bring up the ISDN & Leased Line Circuit.
• Monitoring Internet connections using special monitoring tool -What’s Up Gold, MRTG.
• Technical Support for fault diagnosis, analysis & rectification of LAN and WAN networks.
• Providing VPN connectivity through Leased Line or ISDN connectivity to the customers.
• Configuration of all type of Modems, which is related to WAN circuits.
• Implementations of Leased line network including the international connectivity.
Administration, Supervising and Maintaining systems Windows 2000 Server, Windows 98 /XP Client Operating Systems with Oracle 8I Local / Centralized Database System, Peripherals - HP Scanners, Dot Matrix and Line Printers.
