FINANCIAL
• Review of Financial Statements and reports related to sales, purchase, overheads, and costs
• Active role in negotiations related to purchases & projects
• Leading company's fund management & financial arrangements while negotiating with banks and financial Institutions
• Analysis and Strategies over cost cutting in different departments of the company
• Development of quarterly and annual; master to departmental budgets and targets
• Leading capital budgeting process
• Conducting internal audits and supervision of finance manager and department of accounts
PRODUCTS & MARKET
• Exploring potential in products and markets through formal market research
• Development of policies related to customer relationship and their implementation and control
• Product pricing and placement strategies
• Management of exports & local market dealings by leading marketing manager, manager sales & manager business development
• Coordination with overseas distributors for sales enhancement and market enlargement
• Development of marketing, selling and advertisement strategies
• Assessment of financial impacts related to marketing decisions, new product launch & development of new market
• Establishment of Company's outlet in Dar Es SalaamTanzania by developing feasibility, visiting the country for evaluating potential.
• Establishment of market in Shenzhen China for Industrial products for the first time in group history by assigning distributor.
ORGANIZATIONAL
• Establishment and implementation of departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures,
conferring with directors, as necessary
• Determination of staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those
personnel processes
• Establishment of policies for stores, inventory management, inland and overseas transportation
• Determination of strategies for corporate communication, inter departmental interactions, discipline,
