-Developing and maintaining Alyasra Fashion corporate image and visual identity with the right guidelines, processes, request forms for Marketing and other departments where relevant with cost effectiveness and ROI at the forefront.
-Managing the alyasra.com corporate site in regards to consolidating content from brands, creating own-Alyasra brand corporate content, developing photoshoot with all brands and uploading all images and text/copy on the site using CMS software. Updating brand campaign images, lookbooks, news stories, events, banners, campaigns and ensuring content is rich, updated and engaging to all visitors.
-upporting with all content and management of Alyasra social media platform including Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and Emails.
-Launching corporate level campaigns regionally and locally for Alyasra Fashion brands and stores while coordinating and working closely with participating brands.
-Launch sponsored ads for social media platforms internally including Facebook and Instagram.
-Ensuring all artwork meets visual guidelines, is clear, and conveys the brand story and campaigns’ objectives are reflected and consistent across all channels.
-Sending out newsletters/E-shots for our customer databases, whilst continually building our database through engaging multi-platform activities. Also sending out newsletters/E-shots internally for employees across our markets.
-Implement the Alyasra Fashion content & marketing yearly strategy and how this will tie in across channels, including budget, phasing plan and social media/digital/marketing calendar.
-Content creation and support for corporate marketing collateral (Alyasra Fashion corporate profiles, brochures, packs, partner presentations etc.)
-Supporting HR and Training with Employee Engagement activities.
-Manage the corporate “brand gallery” and “corporate library” and commission new content when required.
-Consolidating and disseminating Marketing and social media reports, presentations and updates.
-Provide support with brand events and campaigns to maximize branding and marketing opportunities.
-Supporting with setting up photo-shoots for multi-brands and ensuring art direction fits corporate guidelines.
-Agency pitching and contractual retainers / agreements.
-Create and develop content across platforms including publications, lookbooks, online/social media artworks, campaigns etc.
