Visit the important hotels in Morocco;
Support Booking.com BV’s-strategy for hotel availability and supply within Morocco;
Promote the Booking.com BV brand name and its online reservation services to hotels;
Responsible for area coverage;
Inform hotels and advise on allotment, availability and supply;
Rate checks and competitor checks;
Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions;
Providing hotels with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups;
Follow up on cancellations and evaluations;
Accompany and train hotels on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and rates & availability system;
Support hotels with regards to Booking.com’s system;
Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits to liaise with hotels;
Check statistics in the control room and follow up.
Develop real business deals and maintaining business relationships with existing partners including managing extranets
Negotiate new agreements and contracts.
Develop the customer loyalty portfolio
Organize Fam Trips, site inspections and customer cocktails
Weekly Sales Cales to attract new agencies, corporate and MICE
Telemarketing blitzes to local companies to pre-qualify accounts, to reach them more efficiently .
Significantly expanding the presence of the hotel and its attractiveness in social networks
Maintain and host the site and the blog of Les Deux Tours
Develop direct sales by the site and social networks from the hotel and find new distribution channels including e-commerce
Maintain active presence with competitive pricing in all key channels such as booking.com and Expedia, seeking first or second page placement with flexible allotment control and content to maximize exposure and revenue
Create and maintain partnerships with local receptives, DMCs, event & wedding planners, incentive houses through direct sales calls, client engagement and entertainment, and familiarization trips from key feeder markets to exceed group budgeted goals.
Develop the hotels' online presence
Lauch strong communication and marketing strategy of the hotel
Expend the presence of the hotel and its attractiveness in social networks
Make the follow up for the printing and stationary
Attract journalists and create a complete hotels' press book
Create and develop the hotels' monthly Newsletter and e-mailing
Collaborate with the Sales team to create new attractive offers and packages to promote the hotel
Collect and Obtain Testimonials and references to build a reputation to promote the hotel and destination
Program and manage the hotels' application "Cardola" and make sure all the information online are updated
