• Providing performance on client’s investments on a monthly basis.
• Investigating into discrepancies and assigning it to the correct department for timely resolutions.
• Work with operational partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided to clients.
• Interfaces with consultants and partners to determine servicing requirements and problem solving strategies
• Creating new accounts, groups and setting up applicable benchmarks, monitoring and maintaining them and ensuring data quality within the accounts (PACE).
• Analysis of rates of return and asset allocation reporting to benchmark comparisons and attribution analysis.
• Prepration of monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Assist Audit personnel (Internal/External) with understanding the nature of the tasks involved, controls and audit packages.
• Preparing Monthly Statistics, Risk Metrics and Key Performance Indicators for individual region specific teams and also delivering the reports to Senior management locally and functionally.
