Major Projects handled: * 3 Nos - 33 / 11KV new Substations and 6 Nos 33/11 KV extension substations for FEWA (Federal Electricity and Water Authority).
* Getting approval for civil break up from site consultant for raise the invoice to the client. * Ensure the construction activity as per latest approved drawings, construction & work methods. * Coordinate with other sections for interface of works. * Ensure conduct of Quality checks / Testing as per contract specification, manufacturer’s recommendations / Approved method statements. * Ensure completion of activities to meet the project time schedules / milestones. * Maintain inspection / testing records approved by customer / CONSULTANTS / site QA/QC. * Prepare construction method statements, flow charts & obtain approval of the same. * Orient/train the team to implement the method statements effectively. * Preparing Daily Progress report & Weekly Progress report and same will be submit to the consultant and client * Prepare the theoretical cycle time for the activities & compare with actual to improve. * Execute work as per approved method statements / work methods. * Prepare schedule of materials / plant requirement. * Conduct trials / mock up if required. * Supervision of all related execution activities. * Allocate & guide the works to foreman / supervisors. * Execute the work effectively with quality & safety to ensure no reworks. * Ensure the total project activities & prepare an execution plan / scheme/strategy. * Prepare list of required materials (which is approved by client / consultant) & its quantity and raise MR (material request). * Prepare the Measurement book for billing purpose. * Ensure further planning of manpower, major equipment, specialized agencies and identify critical activities. * Prepare the schedule of Quantity of work and material.

* Periodic reconciliation of customer's Billing Vs Subcontractor's billing
