To assist the Director Coordination in all official matters and making arrangements for visits of Foreign Delegations, NGOs, INGOs, National & International Political Personalities, Army Officers, VVIPs and making their visit programs, arrangement of Functions/Inaugurations/Ground Breaking for above said VVIPs, and Coordination with other Government Departments for their security/protocol etc. Also assist in the matters of Donors/Sponsors to the Director Coordination, and to assist Director (Admin) in administrative matters, letter drafting, managing files and managing office decorum and assigning the staff various officials duties.
In Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded project “Earthquake Emergency Assistance Project (EEAP-AJK)”.
Dealing and preparing the Statements of Expenditures, Bank Reconciliation Statements, Withdrawal Applications, Cash Forecasting, Head wise Classifieds, daily, weekly & monthly reporting of expenditure and receipts, managed Financial Management Information System (FMIS) of EEAP Project of Govt. of AJ&K, Pakistan, end user of ERP (FMIS) i.e. Microsoft GP and have Assisted the Administration and Finance Heads, filing, drafting and noting etc.
Have dealt with 180 customers daily about the services for booking of shipments domestic as well as international also, providing the overnight delivery service for domestic shipments and providing information to customers about shipments booking rates, shipments delivery status and satisfying the customers. Security checking of shipments and maintaining the office decorum and keeping sales record and cash record etc.
