Responsibilities:-
Making sure the availability of raw materials and semi finished goods for three main Factories (Locks and Handles, Water Pumps and Electrical Items Factories) . Receiving Raw Materials from abroad ( more than fifty containers monthly) as well as local goods. Making goods Arrival Reports, Computer Entry and then submit to the Accounts Department. Issuing Raw Materials and semi-finished goods to the relevant departments and receiving semi-finished and finished goods from the sections. keeping three months stock for local and six month stock for imported Raw Materials. Controlling Physical inventory every month. Making Purchase Requisitions for the short items in the warehouse. Arranging and Organizing the whole Warehouse work process including Labors in the Warehouse

Responsibilities: Scrutinizing and verification of suppliers and clearing agent bills, cash and Bank vouchers and JVs.
