Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tender strategies and bidders’ list.
Develop, prepare & issue tender documents to the respective bidders. Co-ordinate with the respective stake holders in preparation of Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions. Review of tendering / contracting procedures, general terms and conditions of contract, standard terms and conditions.
Manage complete tendering cycle including technical clarifications, qualifications on the terms and conditions, preparation of the Commercial Bid evaluation, preparation of the award recommendation, obtaining shareholders’ approval on the award recommendation, and preparation and issuance of the contract.
Liaise with Finance Controllers: Discussion to include variation orders, additional funding requirements, financial delegation follow up, Insurances, Indemnities, Bank Guarantee, Tender and Bonds.
Liaise with Legal Department on contracts dispute decisions, contract standard and special terms and conditions, contractor’s compliance with terms and conditions of the contract, unpredicted claims, addendums, price escalation and termination of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop commercial proposals to GE customers being the owner of the entire tender cycle.
Responsible for all aspects of proposal management, including proposal development, verification of Terms and condition, risk management and mitigation, specification compliance, scope development, transactional pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications and issue resolution
Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording
Interface with the Region Sales teams and management to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals
Develop appropriate Terms & Conditions for Customer proposals based on Risk / Reward Analysis
-Supervise and develop material cost estimates for EPC tenders.
-Develop and implement cost structure, then monitor, report and forecast project cost.
-Work closely with the projects teams to monitor Management of Change process, identifying cost impacts of proposed changes and incorporating those impacts into the Project forecast and budget.
-Manage the interface between Project Services and Finance plus Contract and Procurement.
