 Key Achievements:

Managed multi-billion tender for the Provision of Drilling, Workover and Water Well Services till contract signature.

Finalized several assignment and Letter of agreements with other OPCOs and International drilling companies.

Led a team for development of Tender Qualifications management System for managing contractual qualifications raised by tenderer.

Coaching and mentoring new employees throughout their two-year training program.

 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tender strategies and bidders’ list.

Develop, prepare & issue tender documents to the respective bidders. Co-ordinate with the respective stake holders in preparation of Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions. Review of tendering / contracting procedures, general terms and conditions of contract, standard terms and conditions.

Manage complete tendering cycle including technical clarifications, qualifications on the terms and conditions, preparation of the Commercial Bid evaluation, preparation of the award recommendation, obtaining shareholders’ approval on the award recommendation, and preparation and issuance of the contract.

Liaise with Finance Controllers: Discussion to include variation orders, additional funding requirements, financial delegation follow up, Insurances, Indemnities, Bank Guarantee, Tender and Bonds.

Liaise with Legal Department on contracts dispute decisions, contract standard and special terms and conditions, contractor’s compliance with terms and conditions of the contract, unpredicted claims, addendums, price escalation and termination of contracts.

Develop commercial proposals to GE customers being the owner of the entire tender cycle.

Responsible for all aspects of proposal management, including proposal development, verification of Terms and condition, risk management and mitigation, specification compliance, scope development, transactional pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications and issue resolution

Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording

Interface with the Region Sales teams and management to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals
