• Managing the flow of day-to-day tasks and ensure conform to SLA(service level agreement).
• Rollout main significant projects and phases with Tadawul (Saudi stock market) such as X-Stream, parallel market, T+2, VAT and others.
• Managing solving problems in Production, provide Production Incident report PIR and root cause analysis RCA.

• Coordinating with client for deployment in Production by attending CAB meeting and getting required approvals. RFC (change for request) should be logged in change control system and filled with required info and approvals.

• Onsite technical support at Systems Development Division - Brokerage Section - taking full responsibilities for supporting the trading system “GBS” we installed for the top two banks in KSA (Al Rajhi Bank in Riyadh and Al-Ahli Bank in Jeddah) which has been developed and presented by ELFI Systems (www.elfisystems.it)
• System implementation and data migration from old systems
• System Troubleshooting and monitoring all its components including the DB level
• Deployed new product releases, changes, fixes and enhancements on three testing system environments before applying them into production
• Packaged and released delivery coordination with the vendor in Italy (Elfi Systems Co.)
• Managed and supported the trading back office system and provide the full technical and management assistance to help the operations department and brokers to do their duties easily
• Applied the test case scenarios to assure that the application is working correctly according to the SW change requested by the bank
• Worked closely with the bank testing department to assure that all RFC’s requirements is achieved according to the business requirements
• Prepared and managed backup and recovery strategies
• Wrote full release installation notes documents for each SW change or package which includes the necessity of this release, how to install it, test cases and other related issues
• Wrote Shell scripts to extract daily, weekly and monthly reports from the database and from the log files
• Built and tuned SQL queries for special huge reports.
• Worked on customer complains ticketing system using Oracle CRM and HPSM
• Supported an identical system quarterly for the DRC (Disaster Recovery Center)
• Supported a Mobile Trading application for both iOS and Android
• Developed agricultural system (IMO, Switzerland) which is built on Java Struts.
