Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statement for management analysis
Preparation and approval of monthly salaries and annual leave benefits for all employees.
Monitoring and supervising sales collections.
Export /Import LC opening and negotiation of documents without discrepancy.
LC/TR/PDC/Invoice authorized signatory with complete analysis and tracking of data.

Supervise and coordinate on the implementation of company ERP System and overall IT management.
☆Preparation and filing VAT
Audit and control of company Inventory, which includes Fixed Assets, raw materials and finished goods.
Conduct Internal audits in all departments on a monthly basis and if required as and when required.
Monitor price fluctuation in all purchasing done by the company.
Ensure competent staffing in the department.
Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
Coordination/meetings on stores issues.
Evaluate performance by place through the audit reports
To coordinate with HR on all legal and governmental issues.
Attend training courses as and when required.
To protect and safeguard the interests of the Company whenever and wherever these arise.
Handling individually complete banking facilities with Mashreq bank, ENBD, Emirates Islamic Bank, FGB, NBAD, CBI, RAK Bank. and other private financial institutions.
