As a welding Engineer Ccpp12 project in Riyat. Make welder qualifications and monitoring welders continuation. Make PQR and review WPS. Conduct Raw material inspection and review MTC. Monitoring and control proper issue for electrode and maintain rebaking electrode documents. Monitoring electrode baking &holding oven and quiver calibration and maintained certificate and reinspection data. Maintain daily welding activity and monitoring repair percentage. Monitoring and conducting NDT activities FOR UT, PT, RT, MPT.
Carried out penetrant testing on valve servicing \[main steam valve, air vent valve\].Conducted visual and UT examination all welding joints.All pipe welds have been inspected for their integrity using MT, RT & UT techniques.
Material testing various plates to be inspection.
NDT reports preparation and documentation as per requirements for DPT& Hydro testing.
Liaise with the company representative for the conduct of day-to-day quality related activities of the service contract.
Review of approved welding procedure, Qualification records.Check and record welding parameters and verify compliance with approved WPS.
Ensure that the welders are qualified to the WPS.
To conduct Procedure, qualification test & welder performance qualification test as per WPS & ASME sec IX & prepare the report.
Inspection of liquid penetrant testing and Magnetic Particle testing
To check the Proper Electrodes are used for the Respective Materials and the temp has been maintained as per the Electrode Manual.
Check the Essential Parameter’s as per the WPS Requirements and Quality Procedure.
To follow up the specification the NDT & related heat treatment as per the project specification.

Carryout Visual inspection of Welded joints and generating the weld map
Conducting witness inspection for Dpt, rt, ut, Mpt test with third party & client
Arranging the crew for taking the radiographic test of pipeline and Responsible for the marking and rectification of all weld repairs identified by NDE contractor
Ensure that the project specification and quality control procedure are implemented on site.
Perform inspection as test plan and per inspection quality control procedures.
Check overall completeness on the pipeline system to referring to the approved drawings.
Coordinating the QA/QC activities in site as per inspection and test plan
To prepare and issue welder qualification card and allot welder ID number and Checking the material temperature& duration in preheating & PWHT as per wps
Prepare the test packages & review the package and ensure the ndt covering of pipe in line service
Line checking as per approved isometrics drawing, piping and instrument diagram and Punch making & segregate the punch items like A, B, C and supporting for Signoff the punches
Review the final acceptance documents in test package like pressure test report, calibration report, reinstatement report, flushing report, steam blowing report
As built drawing making for wrong route or flashing pipe and Responsible for additional joint, red line drawing, revision, field modification
Ensure the pipe supports free from weep holes & welding spot
Witness with client Mechanical completion walk down and Collect all the system wise document for dossier submittal
Ensure the pipe coordination & orientation according to isometrics drawing and Raising the technical query for faulty drawing & Solving the flashing of pipe in field
Conducting the visual & dimension of inspection of pipes
Ensuring defect free products for dispatch and Monitoring of testing of tubes
Conducting the internal quality audit
