Receive the tender drawings from the Main Contractors, check as per schedule and segregate the mechanical service and coordination drawings.
Receive the Client BOQ and Specifications and thoroughly go through the same. Send enquiry to the main contractor/client if there is any clarification in their documents and drawings.
Prepare Equipments list and material quantity take-off through drawings and specifications.
Gather the appropriate vendor contacts and send enquiry for the materials they have and receive quotation for the same.
Collection of cost data from similar projects, data basis and published reports. Prepare comparison statement from the vendor price and finalise the best low quote.
Add all direct cost, indirect cost, labour, margin percentages and submit the quotation to the client in time.

Installation of HEAT EXCHANGERS, AHU’s, THERMAL WHEEL, FCU’s Supply & Exhaust Fans, Smoke Exhaust Fans, Smoke Dampers Etc.
Installation of Low Side works as Chilled Water Piping (i.e., Risers, Floor Piping) Ducting, VCD’s, and Fire Dampers etc.
Installation of Fire Rated Ducting for Exhaust Air System etc.
