Directly responsible for Installation of MEP Services in two Parcels of Zone-4 in KAFD Project which includes a 49 story mixed use tower of Office, Residential & Retail outlets with underground parking.
Maintained a team of 250 labours including 30 Engineering staffs. Managed the general contractors and subcontractors with knowledge of construction trades.
Meeting with facility staffs to determine project needs and scope of work.
Identified potential problems, took corrective action, and notified the proper level of authority.
Prepared documentation including all contract related correspondence.
Prepared to submit the shop drawings, Materials RFI and RFC.
Estimation MTO Procurement and purchased all materials.

Coordinating with QA/QC Engineers & consultants in raising IR/MIR and getting approval.

Results-oriented, Senior Engineer-HVAC/MPF with Extensive experience over 18 years in High-rise, luxury, residential and mixed-use construction (Burj Khalifa- Dubai) recognized for planning and constructing expertise. Coordination with owners’ team and interface with all internal groups. Effectively partners and manages contracts with design/engineering firms, specialty consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Receive the tender drawings from the Main Contractors, check as per schedule and segregate the mechanical service and coordination drawings.
Receive the Client BOQ and Specifications and thoroughly go through the same. Send enquiry to the main contractor/client if there is any clarification in their documents and drawings.
Prepare Equipments list and material quantity take-off through drawings and specifications.
Gather the appropriate vendor contacts and send enquiry for the materials they have and receive quotation for the same.
Collection of cost data from similar projects, data basis and published reports. Prepare comparison statement from the vendor price and finalise the best low quote.
Add all direct cost, indirect cost, labour, margin percentages and submit the quotation to the client in time.

Installation of HEAT EXCHANGERS, AHU’s, THERMAL WHEEL, FCU’s Supply & Exhaust Fans, Smoke Exhaust Fans, Smoke Dampers Etc.
Installation of Low Side works as Chilled Water Piping (i.e., Risers, Floor Piping) Ducting, VCD’s, and Fire Dampers etc.
Installation of Fire Rated Ducting for Exhaust Air System etc.
Preparation of Material Submittal and Method of Statements for the material and Works.
To make a Shop Drawing / Builders Work Drawing/ from the Design Drawing and getting the approval for construction.
To Prepare B.O.Q. and ordering of material as per time schedule and sending enquiry for material delivery
Work order issuance and Amendments & Procurement of materials as per the site requirements.
Co-ordination with Main contractor (SBA-JV) / Project Manager (Turner) and Consultant (Hyder).
Coordinating with mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services for completion of job as per Design and Drawings.
Supervision, quality check, inspection along with consultant of various works and maintaining ISO formats.
Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents and As Built Drawings.
Preparation of detailed material list, placing the purchase order to the appropriate vendors and follow-up.
Executions of HVAC projects and ensure the cost are in control.
Engaged in Erection & Testing of A/C, Insulation, Ducting & Pipe lines as Per Approved drawings.
Interaction & Co-ordination with leading Clients, Consultants, Architects and Contractors for Various prestigious projects.
