Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Coordination with Contractor team as well as the Consultant team in all the matters of the project related to LEED
• Arranging LEED charrettes with the Project team
• Reviewing LEED plans and ensure work is going on the site according to these plans to achieve Sustainability goals
• Reviewing Shop drawings and Material Submittals related to LEED
• Managing LEED Online Forms and templates and uploading required data
• Assigning roles to team members and concerned individuals to fill and complete the LEED online forms
• Gathering data sheets and related documents for credits and pre requisites
• Making calculations for LEED pre requisites and credits like Water Efficiency (WE) credits to achieve maximum water savings for LEED certification
• Checking construction site photos for LEED
• Assisting in selecting materials including Low Emitting Materials VOCs for LEED
• Educating the contractor employees with the procedures, measurements and benefits of building green
DELABIE is the leading European taps/mixers manufacturer based in France.
I was the Exclusive Representative of DELABIE in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reporting directly to Delabie in France
· Job nature in actual involving multiple job roles and multiple job profiles including Engineering, LEED specifications, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Business Management, Technical support and Technical specification
· Preparing weekly reports and sending to management in France
· Exclusively building up a strong database of clients, contractors, consultants, ministries, owners and hospitals which includes contacts of professionals for potential future projects
· Follow up of all Delabie projects in Saudi Arabia and keeping track of them including the status, quotation and inquiry of each project
· Travelling frequently to International destinations specifically to France to attend International seminars, exhibitions, conferences and trainings
· Doing at minimum of 16 visits per week to the different clients, discussing about the needs and requirements related to sanitary fittings, water conservation, LEED requirements, Water Efficiency credits, area of usage, cost effectiveness of the products and many other aspects and giving them suggestions about the number of possible suitable solutions or coming back to them with the proper solution after discussing with the technical team in France
· Managing the Business Development role for the company by making effort in specifying and approving Delabie in projects and convincing the decision making personnel about the number of advantages of the products of the company which accelerates the sales and business
· Coordinating with the local distributor; Al Hadbania Trading Company and managing its sales force team in Saudi Arabia as a Team Leader and assisting them in technical specifications
· Providing trainings to the sales team of the local distributor about the new products and aiding them in their issues related to Delabie
To satisfy the pre-requisites and credits related to LEED for the Capital Market Authority CMA Tower Project located in King Abdullah Financial District, KAFD, Riyadh. The Project is envisioned LEED Gold certification under CS v2.2 Rating System.
Also working and overseeing LEED Certifications for buildings of King Saud bin Abdul Aziz University of Health Sciences KSAU . Campuses are located in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Hasa. Certification targeted levels are Certified and Gold for these buildings under NC v2.2 Rating System.
Have been working on site in HVAC Renovation Project of a 500 bed Hospital in Makkah (Al Noor Specialist Hospital), dismantling older units and maintaining proper execution and installation of newer Air Conditioning units, equipments and accessories according to the shop drawings and calculating the BOQs and finally preparing As-built drawings for the HVAC System.
