Senior Engineering Project Management Engineer (Systems)
1. Doing a 3G & LTE network surveillance and problem tracking processes.
2. Performing initial troubleshooting for aroused problems.
3. Promote the NOC in the role of logical hub for all network activities, encompassing surveillance, field activities, change management etc.
4. Ensure that all levels of network maintenance and support are utilized in a timely manner in line with agreed service levels.
5. Assure communication flow of trouble tickets among the several competence groups in NOC.
6. Deliver regular reports on SLA activity, Performance and quality.
7. Guarantee timely issue of network reports to all interested parties.
8. Monitor and control the execution of change requests in the live network
9. Follow up MDT activities, insure that correct nodes are affected, in case of an MDT exceeded its approved window time, and outage should be opened for this case.
The Chair is the key to effective student leadership. As Chair, I was responsible for the overall management of all Branch affairs. However, in order to be effective, I must learn and use the skillful art of delegating. I take every opportunity to promote the benefits of IEEE to fellow students. Some specific duties include but not limited to:
1. President at all meetings of the Branch.
2. Hold regular meetings of the Branch Executive Committee and serve as Chair.
3. Appoint Program, Publicity and Membership committee Chairs promptly.
4. Prepare the necessary reports for IEEE Student Services:
5. Arrange for the election of new Officers annually.
6. Ensure smooth transition of information and materials to newly elected Officers and arrange an orderly transfer of Branch records.
7. Work with and coordinate some activities with Section and Region Officers.
8. Communicate frequently with other Branch Officers, particularly during the summer months when you are not at school.
1. Coordinating and tracking LOS & Path profile surveys.
2. Capacity dimensioning for Mini-Link (Traffic Node) MW solution.
3. Link budgeting, frequency planning and interference analysis using TEMS® Link Planner
4. To provide technical design support for hardware dimensioning of new and expansion bid proposals and deliver high level nominal plans.
5. Coordinating with RF planning for Transmission planning and DCN design of access transmission network.
6. Ensuring TX Quality for Microwave links
