Managing a 4-person FP&A and Investments function, as part of Corporate office for the Al-Futtaim Retail division covering IKEA, ACE, Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, AF Watches and Jewelry, Reebok ME, Royal Sporting House, Robinsons and other leading Fashion Brands in MENA region and South-east Asia

Reporting to the Division Managing Director to strategically manage the Operations Department. Provide strong internal leadership and responsible for the level of services offered by the company
•P&L responsibility for Fleet Operations and Workshop facilities
•Lease and Rental fleet review and recommendation, Fleet Purchases and allocation
•Review and recommend workshops for Fleet Repairs and parts supplies
•Ensure compliance with RTA rules and regulations for Vehicle Leasing, Rental, School transportation and other services
•Manage relationships with relevant authorities
Reporting to the Group Finance Director - Automotive Division. Comprehensive business, Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial and MIS support to entities within the Automotive division.
Provide expertise in the field of Financial Analysis, problem detection, performance monitoring, Advisory support, subject matter expertise and support division-wide policies to ensure best practice is followed consistently.
•Provide insights on operational performance to Group Head-office and Business vide robust Reporting and Analysis for automotive entities. Drive Key working capital KPI objectives, free cash flow actualisation against Budget and stakeholder expectations.
•Capital Expenditure evaluation and recommendation - Critical review, assess and recommend feasibility for new showrooms. Assist business units in obtaining required approvals and implement monitoring mechanism.
•Review and strengthen Internal controls and procedures. Implementation of Delegation of Authority (DOA) and provide leadership on process and governance.
•Provide guidance and direction in setting up accounting/financial policies for existing business expansions, acquisitions ensuring integration with Al-Futtaim Group policies and procedures.
•Provide support in finalisation of divisional Budget & Reviews and effective presentation and execution of approved budgets.
