-Maintains Recruitment process, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with Recruitment Policy.
-Assists in the identification of employment agencies for use in recruiting candidates.
-Takes the necessary action required by the recruitment process to ensure that all allocated vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
-Supports the Recruitment Officers in arranging interview schedules, sending out invitations for interviews/tests
-Prepares offers of employment
-Maintains the database of employee details
-Prepares and issues contracts of employment for new joiners
