•  Main duties:
• Participation in BMS system design and shop drawings.
• Study or prepare Minimum Technical Requirements "MTR".
• Check and review shop drawings and panels wiring diagrams.
• Supervising all projects site engineers work quality for Cable pulling, device installation and DDC panels’ cables termination.
• Planning & scheduling for different projects BMS activities with coordination with electric & mechanical activities.
• BMS test, commissioning and handing over the system to the consultant.
• Prepare the as built drawing for shop drawing and panels.

• Planning & scheduling for different projects activities with coordination with electric & mechanical DEPT.
• MEP, commissioning and handing over the system to the consultant.
• Provide & submit as built drawing for shop drawing to Project owner .

• Extending and executing low voltage network (underground cables between transformers and distribution boxes).
• Extending and executing medium voltage network (underground cables between power station to substations and transformers).
• Outfitting distribution boxes, intake boxes, substations and transformers.
• helping in shop drawing.
• - Executing lighting systems and planning all types of columns and outfitting it for (streets, parks, green spaces).
• - Installation and executing low and medium voltage cables network.
• - Outfitting all types of billers and intake boxes
• Installing capacitor bank for power factor correction, EMT, pipes & flexible hose.
• Installing EMT pipes - Expose & embedded conduits& flexible hose.
