With my past experience working in KPL I have raised up company’s saving graph by production planning, waste control, introducing and implementing scheduled preventive maintenance.
Implemented training for new recruits - to control shortage of skilled labors that ensured continuous production.
Introduced and Implemented STORE MANAGEMENT system to control inventory and avoid pilferage.
Not only was I responsible for the above activities but I also directed all recruitments and hiring activities, set salaries, facilitated the monthly and annual performance review process and reports.
Dealing with Labor Department, EOBI, Health and Hygiene, LIDA & Local Lords etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Besides STORE and PURCHASE MANAGEMENT I have additional responsibilities to assist PRODUCTION MANAGER and look after all PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE related activities in his absence.
Development/Improvement (Quality & Strength) and production of pp extruded tape to produce FIBC/JUMBO/CONTAINER bag (for 1 to 1.5 ton capacity) on Tape Extrusion Line TIREX LT (W&H) designed to produce tape up to 5 -5.5 gpd required for normal 50 kgs bag.
Designing & production of reinforced, gusseted PP woven fabric on Circular Looms SL - 8 to produce FIBC/JUMBO/CONTAINER bag.
Erection:
Circular Looms SL - 8 (Starlinger & Co. Austria) under supervision of Mr. Walter Schalamp (Installation & Service Engineer from STARLINGER. AUSTRIA)
Karachi Office.
In the Head Office, Karachi I have to assess PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS and communicate with STORE suppliers accordingly for in time and correct supplies, besides this I have to check (technically) the ORDERS received from our valued CUSTOMERS and to coordinate with
1: PLANT - for the execution of timely production, .
2: SALES - for timely dispatch against each order, and
3: PURCHASE DEPARTMENT - for their demands of Raw material,
Spares parts etc.
