- Provide inputs into tariffs by studying time bands’ utilization, capacity utilization data for different customer profiles.
- Implement Balanced Scorecard and reflect the performance of the division
- Develop mid-term strategic plans for functional portfolios e.g. Mobile Contents, Handset and Devices, Business Segment etc.
- Manage and lead key strategic projects launched on a need basis to tackle dynamic market challenges such as the entry of new market operators.
- Prepare regular reporting on market performance indicators of AWCC as well as the industry for top management
- Develop and evolve the Consumer Segmentation model of AWCC & educate relevant functions on the model; measure segmentation effectiveness.
- Define the Research Roadmap of all primary and secondary survey and drive its implementation and to enable the users and decision-makers to take informed decisions by making relevant customer information and insights readily available to users
