Answer customers call and schedule their deliveries appropriately.
Out call customers and generate leads and forward it to the relevant team for final quotation.
To prepare quotations to direct customers and agents.
To administer all quotations and services in the company
To coordinate with the couriers and ensure the deliveries on time.

To deal with our agent network in Middle East and India on daily basis for costs, pricing, local requirements and to obtain customer or market feedback. To directly get in touch with customers to discuss offers, projects and business development possibilities.
Be open and willing to attend customer visits in Dubai either with or without the sales supervisor to maintain the customer relationship.
Negotiate with our agents and shipping lines for local charges and ocean freight costs.

To Assist customers in the UK in terms of issues related to their mobile network, and work as a mentor in terms of assisting new employees when they are freshers on the floor. other then that work as an acting Team Leader and take supervisors call.

Assist the customer in the UAE by resolving the customer’s queries in terms of the mobile service.
Rectify the customer’s issues and taking complaints and keeping a follow up in order to resolve the customer’s problem.
Briefing the team with the latest updates and updating them with the downgrade in service or with any latest offers

• Visit the clients and explain the latest offers in printing and taking orders.
• Managing the Printing team with the content and administering the quality in work
