• Maintain and updating Soft & Hard copies of the employee personnel files and establishing new files.
• Maintains payroll information by designing systems, directing to collection, calculation, and entering of data like attendance record, OT and others etc.
• End to end process for payroll updation.

• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
