KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll
• Managing Payroll activities for more than 3500 employees.
• Handling both Indian & UAE Payroll activities.
• Processing Monthly inputs like LOP's, salary advances, Change in master details etc.
• Processing Salary Revisions and Computing arrears.
• Checking Income tax calculation.
• Preparing MIS reports & JVs as per client request.
• Handling the year end process (includes investment checking and updating)
Full & Final Settlement
• Generating Full & Final settlement report for the employees exiting from the company as per the TAT.
• Issuing Form 16&12BA for live & exit employees.
• Single Point of Contact for attending payroll & Full and Final Settlement queries with both the client and employees & maintaining good rapport with client.
Reimbursement Process
• Validating Reimbursement bills, processing & making payment.
• Preparing Bank registers, Reimbursement eligibility register, Reimbursement slips.
• Dealing with client and employee queries.
