Duties & Responsibilities:


•Performing all the Laboratory analysis of Raw materials, Finished products for all the Physical & Microbiological parameters

•Microbiological testing of Food, Potable water & Edible Ice for : Aerobic plate Count, Coliforms, Fecal Coliforms, E.Coli, Pseudomonas, Fecal Streptococci, Enterococci, Yeast & Molds, Staphylo cocci, Enterococci, Bacillus sp, Clostridium spp, Listeria, E.Coli 0157, Vibrio spp, Salmonella Spp, Legionella

•Testing food products for Aflotoxin, Sulphate reducing bacteria & Histamine

•Chemical & Microbiological examination of water & waste water

•Environmental testing of Air, Sterility tests with Swab analysis & Rinse tests

•Performing PTP (Proficiency testing program) & HPA (Health Protection Agency) program samples & achieved 96% score

•Performing IQC (Internal Quality Control) tests for all the client samples to verify our testing efficiency

•Testing products on PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technique

•Procurement and managing stock of all the Laboratory items used on monthly basis

•Handling External audits as per our ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 9001 standard norms
