• Started distribution for Retail Franchise Stores, this will enable the right sizes with the right quantity at the right stores.
• To ensure proper planning and setting of standards to achieve maximum sale with a minimum stock with a benchmark of maximum 15 weeks’ season end chain stock.
• To ensure store article level seasonal planning and co-ordinate with merchandising with regard the requirement.
• To maintain a continuous flow of merchandising information to and from the stores and most importantly to the warehouse.
• To manage replenishment by route plan and follow dispatches at warehouse.
• To review merchandising reports and sales statistics (S.I.R. Store Report etc.) and take merchandising action such as: -
o Ship additional supply to stores either by statement supply; special order or pre-pack.
o Advise revision of assortment according to requirement.
o Transfer goods from store to store as per business requirement; within geographical cluster.
o Monitor and follow-up with the efficiency of merchandise movement from the warehouse to the stores.
• To ensure that stock levels are in accordance to sales volume and the store stockroom capacity.
• To ensure target stock margins in-order to enable the store to achieve the desired sales margin.
• To ensure that end of life lines or seasonal items at central warehouse are distributed to the store during peak periods.
• To ensure that ends of life lines are regrouped to performing stores.
• To ensure all merchandise picked are sent to the stores on time.

• Analysing the forecast accuracy with respect to the aligned stock and aligned sale and work on TOP 10 (frontrunner) article for all divisions at RDC/CDC level along with the category heads and RMS based on the historical/seasonal trends and different market scenarios.

• Close coordination with the transportation and warehouse team for timely dispatches to fulfil the demand.
• Ensuring the availability of space in RDCs for planned stocking.
• Providing stock at regional warehouses as per the monthly sales forecast and supply balance to minimise the RDC sale loss.
