Oversees all the production activities by continuing and timely communication with the Vice President (VP’s), Project Manager (PM’s), Construction Manger (CM’s), Consultants PM (CPM), Contractor CM (CCM), Technical Management (TM), and others as required

• Conducts/Coordinate all activities related to production and technical matters.
• Communicates with the VP and PM on continuous basis, prepare the project status and report any issue related to the project schedule, Quality and/or manpower and other project resources that affect the project deliverables.
• Ensures the compatibility of standards, references and basis of design with the VP through continuous communication with PMs/CMs.
• Ascertains that project schedule, quality and objectives are fully met.
the assigns Project Coordinators (CPC’s) to projects, and the Quality Assurance Program.
• Works with VP, PM and CM’s; participates with PM’s in preparing and approving projects man-hour budgets and schedules; directs the preparation of manpower forecasts and master projects schedules.
• Effectively handles the management in a professional and economic manner through motivating the personnel and developing solutions and tools for the improvement of the overall performance and morale.
• Ascertains that projects’ documents are reviewed and coordinated in timely manner for in-house quality control and submission for milestone progress reviews.
• Monitors Consultants/Contractors on a regular basis to ensure compliance with schedule, construction costs, production costs, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Directs CM’s in maintaining project objectives.
• Ascertains that project records, data, and documents are properly maintained and stored for future reference.
• Evaluates performance of Consultants, CM and PM.

•Arranges for timely review and coordination of documents for in-house Quality control and submission for DH/TM milestone progress reviews.
•Obtains approvals and decisions from the DH/TM in a timely manner that allows the Project to flow smoothly and quickly through the various departments. Alerts the DH/TM to any lack of information, or action from the disciplines that affect schedule, production costs, or quality of work.
•Mediates coordination-related disagreements among disciplines and makes decisions always in regard to the best interests of the Project and the firm.
•Monitors the coordination work on a regular basis to ensure compliance with schedule, production budget, and technical quality. Assists the disciplines in maintaining Project objectives and reports progress to DH/TM.
•Assists the DH/TM to ensure that Project records, data, and documents are properly recorded and stored for future reference.

•Conducts reviews of Department activities with staff on a regular basis to ensure efficient manpower utilization, timely execution of work, and coordination of work, and submit for TM milestones progress review.
•Assures that project records, data, and documents are properly maintained and stored for future reference.
