Stock Management: Maintain an inventory of Housekeeping items, Stationery items, Admin & IT assets
with unique ID and image.

booking to Confirming about a safe arrival and departure email to the concerned department. Extension
knowledge of USA, Canada, UAE, etc.
Procurement/Purchase Management: Negotiating with vendors as per price variation to Clearing
payments as per payment cycle especially for IT & Admin assets.
Liaison Management: Develop & Maintain relations with govt and private lesion authority. E.g, police
station, Fire station, Water supply office, Electricity office, MCG/MCD office, GST office, Housing Board,
passport office, Visa center
Security Management: Manage and ensure all security and safety-related to management like CCTV,
fire-safety, security guard and parking management.
Event Management: Fun activities, Birthday celebrations, Gifts, Manage Annual day and all festival
celebrations under the company budget. Identify and manage the Outdoor activity place.
Legal Work Handling: Handle all legal cases related to labour office.
Banking Work: Work closely with the Account team & STPI for softex. Take care of the remittance and
GST Refunds.
Payroll Processing: Salary Preparation (Software-Jetro Cockpit, matrix, Essl, Keka). Updating the Leave
Records. Salary preparation and send it to the accounting department.
Statutory Compliance: Generate and submit the EPF, ESI, and LWC contributions, etc. Handle all the
legal cases and reply on time. Handle all PF office-related work. Handle Employee insurance and maintain a
tracker for the record.
Time Office Management: Daily reviewing the Attendance Record of the Employees. Track the late
coming Report of all on a daily basis and report to the higher management.
MIS preparation: Maintain all work MIS reports and attend review meetings. Maintain HRMS tracker.
